Depression is the hardest thing anyone can go through.
It is like you are stuck but you aren't trust me.
I am a survivor and I want to share tips and advice.
Write a bucket list for example : go to New York, this will give you a reason to live when your feeling suicidal.
Don't stay in bed. If you do your mind will be racing with thoughts.
Distract! Distract! Distract! - I.E do an art activity, go for a walk and listen to happy music.
Download apps such as : Mindset, Structured and What's Up .
Write down your feelings, then rip the paper into different pieces.
Talk to friends, promise they won't judge. If they do you need new ones in your life.
Exercise- go to the gym, walk, dance or even boxing .
Get rid of dangerous objects: belts, lock away medication, rope, sharp objects.
