THE Darkness!


  • Depression is the hardest thing anyone can go through.

  • It is like you are stuck but you aren't trust me.

  • I am a survivor and I want to share tips and advice.






  1. Write a bucket list for example : go to New York, this will give you a reason to live when your feeling suicidal.

  2. Don't stay in bed. If you do your mind will be racing with thoughts.

  3. Distract! Distract! Distract! - I.E do an art activity, go for a walk and listen to happy music.

  4. Download apps such as : Mindset, Structured and What's Up .

  5. Write down your feelings, then rip the paper into different pieces.

  6. Talk to friends, promise they won't judge. If they do you need new ones in your life.

  7. Exercise- go to the gym, walk, dance or even boxing .

  8. Get rid of dangerous objects: belts, lock away medication, rope, sharp objects.
